Rimmel The Max Volume Flash Mascara costs around $8.00 and claims to give up to 14 times the volume of lashes without weighing them down. It is enriched with Collagen to fatten lashes and Keratin to strengthen them. It misses the 14 times the volume mark (well duh, imagine how burly your lashes would be then!) but I think that it's a stout drugstore mascara buy, and it you get it for a discount price, it's definitely worth it.
