Revlon Cosmetics: What You Didn't Know

Revlon Cosmetics is a worldwide leader in providing women's top quality products in skin care, fragrance, personal care, and cosmetics. The products are affordable making Revlon Cosmetics a leader in the mass-market cosmetics brand. However, cosmetics and women's products are not the only concern. Revlon Cosmetics is all about giving and they support and donate millions of dollars every year toward raising awareness toward women's health issues, and finding a cause and a cure for women's breast cancer.

Revlon Cosmetics holds an annual 5k Walk/Run, which is 3 miles. This event is in respect to women's breast cancer and other illnesses and all proceeds go to assisting with the medical needs of helping women. The Entertainment Industry Foundation makes the decision on which women's breast cancer or illness organization will be the beneficiary of the Revlon Cosmetics Run/Walk.

Anyone can join the Revlon Cosmetics Breast Cancer Walk if they like for an early registration fee of $25 and day of registration for $30. The fees include participation in the event, a t-shirt for women's breast cancer, and a surprise goodie bag. The event occurs yearly in Los Angeles and New York in the month of May.

Anyone can volunteer their time for this event if they do not plan on walking. There are plenty of opportunities and if you are interested you can call Revlon or check out their website to find out more about becoming a volunteer at the event.

Also, if you are interested in getting sponsors for the event, it is entirely up to you but it is not required. That's right, unlike other breast cancer events, you won't be denied into the event without a few thousand dollars. Sponsorship is your preference and you can attend supporting the breast cancer awareness and research for the cure walk on your own.
